Ndeto Mwose, Esq., CSSC, CMSS
Ndeto Mwose is a structured settlement consultant with Arcadia Settlements Group in Indianapolis, Indiana. Raised in South Bend, Indiana, Ndeto is a graduate of Wabash College and earned his Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso University School of Law. Prior to joining Arcadia, Ndeto was a founding partner of Mwose and Dhaliwal, concentrating on commercial/civil litigation and immigration related matters. In his consultant role, he draws on a diverse legal background to tailor efficient settlement solutions while focusing on maximizing the benefits received by his clients.
Ndeto provides consulting on a wide variety of matters including catastrophic loss, minors’ injuries, permanent disability, and workers’ compensation. Ndeto also coordinates federal and state benefit programs like Medicare, SSDI, and Medicaid, to maximize settlement funds. His experience as a demonstrated leader with keen business acumen affords high-quality service throughout the entire settlement process.
Born in Wichita, Kansas, Ndeto enjoys traveling and looks forward to visiting South America, Australia/Oceania, and Antarctica in order to have set foot on all seven continents. His other hobbies include following any and all athletic activities, competitive eating, and studying world history. Ndeto also has a passion for non-profit organizations and openly welcomes opportunities to support communities that are in need of assistance.
