Kim Smith joined the structured settlement industry in 1989. With an accounting background, she possessed the ideal skill set to understand the business. With over three decades of experience, Kim’s depth of knowledge brings added value in every case. Her expertise in the field of medical malpractice and her unique understanding of this specialized area makes her a valuable asset in evaluating verdict potential under MICRA in California as well as other states where similar statutes exist.

In March of 2016, she earned the Certified Medicare Settlement Specialist (CMSS™) designation in Arcadia’s inaugural class.

Kim holds a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Arts and a Masters Degree in Psychology, both from Antioch University.
