Karen Roberts joined Arcadia via merger in 2020. Prior, she worked for SFA after 20 years in the California Workers Compensation claims industry where she held positions as Assistant Vice President with York Risk Services Group and Excess Workers Compensation Claims Specialist with CSAC-EIA.

Education:

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Regent University and an Associate in Risk Management designation from The Institutes.

Karen and her husband Mark live in Sacramento, California, where they enjoy the outdoors – hiking, biking, and traveling.
