Rachel Grant brings 25 years of experience in the structured settlement business, having participated in the resolution of thousands of claims and litigation cases. She specializes in resolution of high-exposure medical malpractice claims, personal injury, products liability, transportation, general liability, and workers’ compensation claims in multiple jurisdictions. She also has extensive experience in workers’ compensation claims, including those that require Medicare Set-Aside Trusts.
