Jeff’s services include preparation of structured settlement plans, detailed life care plan review, economic analysis, and NY State Civil Practice Law and Rules (CPLR) 50A & 50B analysis. He is knowledgeable in the use of Special Needs Trusts, Medicare Set Asides and in Medicare/Medicaid issues affecting workers’ compensation and liability settlements. He assists in the preparation of settlement and court documents, and attends mediations and court conferences nationwide, providing invaluable assistance in resolving injury claims. He is available as a speaker upon request and conducts training on a variety of structured settlement topics, including a CE-approved presentation entitled, “Medicare’s Role in Liability Settlements”.

Education/Personal Information:
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from The College of New Jersey. He is the proud father of two sons. His extracurricular activities include skiing, softball, and triathlons. He is also a basketball, soccer and baseball coach in the Montville Township youth leagues, as well as a Cub Scout den leader.
