Brad Cantwell

Expertise:

In over 25 years with the company, Brad has assisted in the settlement of more than 2,500 cases nationwide, personally attending thousands of mediations and settlement conferences. He speaks frequently about structured settlements, to lawyers, government agencies, insurance companies and members of Congress.

As President and then CEO of Arcadia from 2014 through 2025, Brad focused on technology and financial product innovation, improving education and training, heightening security and privacy protocols, and refining service delivery processes in the settlement arena.

Licenses/Certifications:

Brad holds life and health licenses in every state and earned his Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) designation from the University of Notre Dame in 1996. He is also a certified Medicare Settlement Specialist and a certified Workers’ Compensation Settlement Specialist.

Education:

Brad received a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors from Northwestern University and did graduate studies in exercise physiology at Arizona State University.

Professional Memberships:

An active member of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA), Brad has served as Chair of NSSTA PAC, and as Co-Chair of the Education and Long-Range Planning committees. He is currently a member of the Legislation and Regulations Committee.
