Terry Wilkes has devoted over 35 years to her career as a Structured Settlement Consultant.  Prior to that she worked as a senior paralegal for several prominent San Francisco Law Firms in Product Liability and Maritime Law.

Expertise:

Terry contributed to and improved the industry in many ways.  She partnered with major insurance companies to establish thriving Structured Settlement Programs wherein volumes of claims were resolved, and scores of families achieved future financial security.  She has conducted hundreds of training programs for insurance companies, self-insureds and law firms on subjects such as preserving government benefits, often involving Special Needs Trusts, and applying her knowledge of the Social Security Offset Rule.  

Personal Information:

Terry has been active in many professional and volunteer organizations throughout her career. Terry is passionate about art, music, travel, equestrian activities, and most importantly, her family, including her husband, three children and two young granddaughters.  She was born and raised in California.  While spending most of her time in California, she also enjoys a good deal of her time in Massachusetts.

Terry holds an active Life Insurance Licenses throughout the U.S. including California. She earned her BA in Psychology at UCLA, Magna Cum Lauda and Phi Beta Kappa and attended a Master’s Program in Legal Studies, Lone Mountain College.
