Nathan Evans, CSSC, CMSS™, Structured Settlement Specialist
Nathan works with clients to resolve personal injury disputes and address the future needs of injured children and adults with structured settlements. As a result, Nathan has helped grow millions of settlement dollars tax-free and protect injury victims from financial predators. His experience in coordinating structures with trust planners, financial advisors, medical administration, and public benefits such as Medicaid and Medicare, has solved complex settlement issues on many types of cases. Practice areas include: Infant/birth injury and medical malpractice, aviation accidents, wrongful death, commercial auto liability, and Workers’ Compensation.
Nathan oversees Arcadia’s Jacksonville office and services clients throughout the United States. He has provided training on negotiations with structured settlements and funding Medicare Set-Aside Arrangements. Prior to structure settlements, Nathan used annuity-based products in charitable giving and scholarship endowment scenarios at New York Life.
Nathan is approved as a mediator in the state of Texas and as a Continuing Education provider in Florida.
Nathan is a member of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA) Legs & Regs committee. He is a member of Toastmasters International and other professional organizations, in addition to actively sponsoring many of Jacksonville’s attorney and trial lawyer association.
Nathan as earned a Marketing degree from the Coggin School of Business at the University of North Florida. He received his Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) designation from NSSTA, developed in conjunction with the University of Notre Dame. Nathan is a Certified Medicare Settlement Specialist (CMSS™) and Certified Workers’ Compensation Settlement Specialist (WCSS).
