Jeff Livingston began his career in the structured settlement industry with Financial Settlement Services in 2005 and currently provides structured settlement services in the Southeast United States including North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi, Arkansas, Tennessee and Florida. Jeff has been in the insurance industry for over 25 years and has held many leadership positions in both Claims and Sales.

Working as an advocate for the settlement process, he is committed to helping accident victims maximize and protect their settlement funds. Jeff works closely with insurance companies and their representatives to help formulate settlement planning and assist in mediations and negotiations. Jeff also works closely with plaintiffs and their attorneys through the settlement planning process to formulate sound financial plans that help them meet their financial future. In many cases, he is able to assist plaintiff attorneys to grow their fees through attorney fee structures. Additionally, he applies his knowledge of investing to educate on the use of structured settlements on non-injury settlements, also known as Non-Qualified settlements.

Jeff is a licensed General Lines agent in Life, Health and Annuities. He earned his Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) designation through Notre Dame University. He also earned his Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 2002.
Education:
Prior to his career in insurance, he graduated from Oklahoma State University (Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Major in Finance, Minors in Accounting and Management Information Systems).
