Kyle Hording, Structured Settlement Consultant, Certified Workers’ Compensation Specialist

Experience:

With over 37 years experience in the structured settlement industry, Kyle is regarded as an expert on the use of qualified structured settlements for medical malpractice claims. Kyle specializes in providing detailed economic analysis of life care plans and other claimant loss reports. In the non-qualified arena, Kyle has become a leading industry expert on using tax-deferred structured settlements to resolve employment and business litigation cases.

Education/Certifications:

Kyle received her B.A. from University of Redlands and her law degree from University of La Verne. She earned her Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) designation at the first class offered by the National Structured Settlement Trade Association in cooperation with the University of Notre Dame’s Executive Education Department. She is a Certified Workers’ Compensation Specialist and also holds life, health and disability licenses in multiple states.

Professional Memberships:

An active member of the industry, Kyle is a past president of National Structured Settlement Trade Association (NSSTA) and served on their Board of Directors for five years. She is also a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of California and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
