Expertise:

Michael has more than 20 years of experience as a structured settlement broker and extensive experience in medical malpractice, trucking, and general liability. His expertise extends to cases involving Medicare Set-Asides and Special Needs Trusts.

He also provides education and claims training in the areas of professional liability, product liability, auto, and Workers’ Compensation claims to numerous clients.

Experience:

Many of Michael’s cases involve Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement claims and government benefit preservation strategies for individual plaintiffs. In most cases, he provides expertise in the valuation of economic damages (future medical and wage loss) for settlement purposes.

Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC), Notre Dame, 1995. Mike is also a multiple life agent.
