Brian Annandono is a Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC). He has devoted his entire career to claims resolution and settlement consulting.

Brian assists attorneys, insurance carriers, and self-insured corporations negotiate and settle personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. During the settlement process, Brian focuses on helping plaintiffs design flexible, comprehensive settlement plans to establish a solid post-settlement financial foundation. Brian has extensive experience helping clients protect eligibility for governmental benefits and resolving cases that involve the Medicare Secondary Payer statute.

Prior to his work as a settlement consultant, Brian worked for several insurance companies – as a claims handler and claims manager – managing litigation and settling catastrophic injury cases.

Education:

Brian graduated cum laude from Hiram College in Ohio, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. He received his Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) designation from the National Structured Settlements Trade Association at the University of Notre Dame.

Professional Memberships:

Brian is an active member of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA) and is former co-chair of the association’s Marketing Committee.
