Drawing on more than three decades in settlement consulting and claims management, Brian Annandono brings both depth of knowledge and a grounded, client-focused approach to every case. His early career as a claim handler and manager – managing litigation and resolving catastrophic injury matters – gives him first-hand insight into the complexities of litigation, negotiating, and anticipating the needs of all parties involved.

His work spans a wide range of cases, with expertise in transportation and auto liability, healthcare liability and workers’ compensation. Whether guiding an injured individual, a family, or an organization, Brian is valued for his steady guidance, attention to detail, and ability to explain complex settlement options in clear, practical terms. In every case, his goal is the same: to design flexible, well-structured settlement plans that provide lasting financial stability while preserving access to essential government benefits.

Education and Professional Memberships:

Brian is a cum laude graduate from Hiram College in Ohio. He holds the Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) designation from the University of Notre Dame through the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA). He is an active Member of NSSTA and previously served as co-chair of its Marketing Committee. Brian is also a Fellow in the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM). 

Personal Information:

Outside of his professional work, Brian is active in his church and involved in several community organizations. He and his wife are proud parents of two daughters. Brian strives to bring the same commitment, care, and forward-looking perspective to his clients that he values in his personal endeavors.
