Expertise:

Tom Dolny consults in personal injury cases, participating in negotiations nationwide. He develops appropriate settlement plans for all levels of injuries, including those catastrophically impaired, i.e., brain and spinal cord injuries. He has structured cases involving truck and auto liability, medical and professional liability, products liability, construction liability, other general and premises liability, and Workers’ Compensation. In appropriate cases, life care plans are illustrated in terms of present value, future value, and needed cash flow.

Experience:

Tom started as a Structured Settlement Consultant with Arcadia in 1995 when it was Kenneth H. Wells & Associates, Inc., a predecessor company. His previous experience involved the management of general and professional liability claims.

Education:

Tom holds his life, health, and disability license in multiple states and in January 2017 earned the Certified Medicare Settlement Specialist (CMSS) designation. He also obtained his Associate in Claims (AIC) professional designation and his Associate in Risk Management (ARM) professional designation from the Insurance Institute of America. Tom obtained his Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Texas Christian University with an emphasis in Business Management.

He is a member of numerous organizations, the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA); the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management (ASHRM) and its Virginia Chapter (where he serves as a Board Member), the DC/Maryland, North Carolina, and North Texas chapters.
