Expertise:

Patrick’s expertise consists of negotiating structured settlements nationwide for clients and conducting specialized training for negotiations using structured settlements. In addition, he also conducts Continuing Legal Education seminars on settling General Liability claims using Special Needs Trusts in association with structured settlements. The types of cases he has settled include Medical Malpractice, catastrophic cases, General Liability, and Workers’ Compensation.

Experience:

Patrick works out of Arcadia’s lower downtown Manhattan office. He has over 10 years experience as a claims handler and over 20 years’ experience providing structured settlement services. During his service with Arcadia Settlements Group, he has handled close to 2,000 cases.

Licenses/Certifications:

Patrick holds his life, health, and disability license in multiple states. 

Education:

Patrick obtained his Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Florida State University in 1988 and his Certificate in Finance at New York University in 2001.
