Mike is a highly professional structured settlement consultant with proven expertise in the negotiation of structured settlements for defense clients nationwide. In his 13-year career, he has provided strong risk management and persuasive negotiation abilities on over 4,000 cases. In his time with Arcadia, Mike has negotiated over 1,500 structured settlements earning high recognition from his peers and being named one of the best new Arcadia Consultants.

Experience:

Mike’s experience includes successful settlements in most types of cases including truck and auto liability, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation and general/product liability claims. Assist many clients in developing settlement plans utilizing present value calculations for future benefits. Provide on-site and off-site structure consultations through mediation attendance, conference calls, office visits, phone, and email. Conduct training seminars to educate clients in the effective negotiation and settlement of workers’ compensation claims using medical trusts and Medicare Set-Aside trusts. The focus is on providing superior customer service and developing strong, continuous business relationships.

Licenses/Certifications:

Certified Medicare Settlement Specialist (CMSS™) earned at inaugural class March 2016. Mike actively hold Life, Health & Disability licenses in multiple states.
