Expertise:

Ryan assists clients and attorneys nationwide in setting up structured settlements and other types of annuities. With more than 25 years of experience, he works with a wide variety of claims, including medical malpractice, physical injury, workers’ compensation, product liability, transportation, employment litigation and contract disputes. He assists clients with settlement negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations, as well as with issues such how to coordinate settlement payments with Medicare Set-Asides and Special Needs Trusts.

Experience:

Ryan first entered the industry as an economic analyst, reviewing and estimating economic losses resulting from lost wages, medical expenses and other issues. He continues to provide clients with assistance in evaluating economic damages.

Ryan’s goal is to help every claimant find the right plan to achieve financial security so that he or she can move on and focus on life’s other goals. This often includes educating claimants and defendants on how to coordinate settlement payments with government benefits, trusts, medical reversionary accounts, as well as helping claimants understand liquidity, estate planning, and sudden wealth issues.
