She has over 30 years of experience as a structured settlement broker assisting clients and injury victims in the Pacific Northwest, Alaska, and the UK. Aside from general liability claims, her specialties are in the fields of Medical Malpractice, Aviation, and Maritime claims.

Marianne began her career in liability and healthcare claims. She has participated in over 1000 mediations across the country, conducted training seminars, and served as an expert witness in a variety of cases. Marianne has served on the boards of NSSTA PAC, the Washington HealthCare Risk Management Society and The Northwest Aviation Insurance Association.

Education:

Marianne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of San Diego (1978) and earned the designation of Certified Structured Settlement Consultant from the National Structured Settlement Trade Association (NSSTA) in cooperation with Notre Dame University’s Executive Education Department in 1995.
