Tom Quintero, CSSC, Structured Settlement Specialist

Tom’s expertise is in negotiating and training on the subject of structured settlements nationwide for a diverse client base. His practice areas include: General Liability, Worker’s Compensation, Medical Malpractice and Employment Liability claims. He also is one of the early users of annuities to facilitate both property and business sales through the Installment Sale process.

Although Tom has earned his Securities License, he has chosen to focus on the needs of injured plaintiffs while partnering with a financial planner to provide a comprehensive package that best meets those needs.


A native of St. Paul, Minnesota, Tom has been a Structured Settlement Consultant for over 28 years. With his involvement, Tom has been instrumental in the successful resolution of over 1,500 cases totaling more than $500 million in annuity premium.


Tom holds his Life License in all states, including Alaska and Hawaii. He obtained his Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) professional designation from the University of Notre Dame. In addition, he earned his Series 6 & 63 Securities License.


Tom obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Dakota in Business, while also earning his Private Pilot’s License.

Tom has been appointed an expert on multiple cases, which includes written testimony. He has testified in court in an expert capacity.

Personal Interests:

If not biking, skiing or coaching his son Cameron’s teams, Tom has been a significant contributor to the Boys and Girls Club of America. He also raised funds by riding in the Best Buddies ride that includes the beautiful California coast.
