Shannon designs and develops structured settlement annuity plans and attends settlement conferences, mediations, arbitrations and other disposition hearings to resolve General Liability, Worker’s Compensation, Medical Malpractice and Employment Liability claims. Shannon also conducts local seminars on the use of structured settlement annuities.

Experience:

A native of the Bay Area, Shannon’s structured settlement career began as a case manager for Minet Settlement Services in 1996, which eventually led her to work for Cambridge Galaher (formerly Minet Settlement Services), EPS Settlements Group, Atlas Settlements Group and back to Arcadia Settlements Group (formerly EPS Settlements Group). Shannon also has experience in financial planning with MONY and in the banking industry. Shannon’s experience enables her to bring an objective eye to a case, the utmost professionalism with her clients and a genuine compassion for injured parties.

Education/Certifications:

Shannon has a degree from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) professional designation from the University of Notre Dame in 2012.
