Jane Riley-Pugh, Settlement Consultant, was a founder of the Santa Ana, California office for Arcadia in January 1999. She specializes in structuring complex, large damage cases, Mass Torts, Class Action Attorney Fees and worked on the “PG&E; Erin Brockovich” case. She provides consulting for Liability Medicare Set Aside accounts, Trusts, and non-qualified cases preserving Government benefits, maximizing yield while minimizing taxes through deferral.
Jane has over 28 years’ experience in the field. She began her career in the insurance industry in 1976 and became a senior claims analyst adjusting high exposure claims with an excess and surplus lines company. Jane entered the structured settlement industry with English and Associates in 1984. Before joining Arcadia she was a Regional Vice President of Ringler Associates, Century City, since 1987.
Her knowledge, nationwide network of experts and her experience combined with superior service distinguish her as the preferred resource for litigators.
She has earned the designation of Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC) from the National Structured Settlement Trade Association at the University of Notre Dame. Jane holds life, health, and disability licenses throughout the U.S.
Jane is a member of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association, as well as the Southern California Association for Healthcare Risk. She supports and sponsors ABOTA, CAALA, CAOC, OCTLA and MTMP.
