Experience:

During her time with Arcadia, Liz Welles has assisted with settlements involving Workers’ Compensation, liability, medical malpractice, and minors’ cases. This diverse experience enables her to effectively explain the dynamics of structured settlements and mediations, working collaboratively with all parties to achieve successful settlement outcomes. She regularly partners with self-insured employers, third-party administrators, insurance carriers, and attorneys to develop customized settlement solutions that address the unique needs of each case. Liz is also available to conduct training for Workers’ Compensation adjusters, including all aspects of Medicare Set-Aside allocations.

Liz is an active member of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA) and participates in the NSSTA Women’s Caucus, where she engages with industry professionals and supports initiatives that advance education, leadership, and professional development within the structured settlement community.

Personal Information:

Based in Bozeman, Montana, Liz embraces the outdoor lifestyle that defines the region. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, snowmobiling, mountain biking, dirt biking, and rowing Montana’s scenic rivers. A former professional ski patroller, she has a deep appreciation for the outdoors and values spending time exploring Montana’s backcountry with her husband and loved ones.
