Lynette Favorite is a Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC), serving plaintiff and defense attorneys and claims professionals nationwide, with a particular focus on California and Nevada.

Lynette guides clients through every state of the structured settlement process, bringing a thoughtful, collaborative approach to each case.

She works closely with all parties to the settlement to develop customized strategies designed to maximize claim dollars for all stakeholders. But most importantly, she leverages 14 years of experience to strengthen financial security and provide a greater peace of mind for injured individuals and their families.

Lynette is passionate about educating all parties on the benefits of structured settlements and how they can broaden settlement options and support meaningful, lasting outcomes that help people move forward, even if only financially.

Professional Memberships / Certifications:

Lynette is a member of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA) and an active member of their Women’s Caucus.  Lynette is also a member of the National African American Insurance Association’s (NAAIA) LA Chapter and finds time to support the Airport Marina Counseling Services by serving on their Board of Directors.

Lynette lives in Los Angeles and outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and attending concerts.
